Carotenoids--Parsley, oranges, spinach, broccoli, cantaloupes, apricots and pumpkin.
Lycopene--Tomatoes, tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce, ketchup, watermelon.
Vitamin C--Broccoli, citrus fruit, tomato, melon, peppers, greens, potato, kiwi.
Vitamin E--Wheat germ, vegetable oils, green leafy vegetables, nuts.
Ubiquionones--Fish oils, nuts, fish, meats.
