Want to get more from your walking workout??? Here’s a few tips to maximize the benefits. First of all, pay attention to your posture. You want to hold your chest up and shoulders back. Pull your abs in tight and don’t arch your back. Your feet should be about hip-width apart, with your toes pointing straight. Plant your heal on the ground and roll through to the ball of your foot and push. Keep your arms bent at 90 degree angles and your elbows in close to your sides. Really pump those arms!! The more muscles you use, the more calories you will burn.
