Large portions such as jumbo muffins instead of standard size, many bakery treats such as these can have up to 30 grams of fat per serving!
Watch out for self service/all-you-can-eat breakfast and dinner bars/banquets, they actually encourage overeating.
Dining out on an empty stomach can send you into an eating frenzy. Try having a light snack before you go to prevent overeating and will make it easier to choose healthier options.
