I remember vividly deciding I had to do “something” about my weight which was very near 300 pounds. I started the Thin&Healthy program on a Saturday, made it through the weekend and weighed in on Monday afternoon.
I’d lost 3 1/2 pounds in two and a half days! By the end of the first week I’d lost EIGHT—count ‘em—EIGHT pounds. Talk about MOTIVATION! I’m now 100 1/4 pounds thinner!
