It's all who you hang around! Remember, who we hang around determines everything about our life. And it certainly affects whether we lose weight, gain weight, keep weight off, stay fit, become fit, and all that health related stuff. When we hang around those who seek to make the most out of their life, we tend to make the most out of ours. When we hang around people who don’t care—we end up not caring.
