After the birth of my third child, I realized that I needed to loose some weight. I was tired all the time and out of breath when climbing the stairs and chasing my children. After a period of time, I was able to loose about 40 pounds and have kept it off for about ten years. I have continued to exercise and eat responsibly and have been able to enjoy my life and my children with every breath. I did all this by eating responsibly and staying active, but I was never on a diet. Today, I remain happy, healthy, and energetic!
